If you are not happy with your purchase or want to change your order, it is possible to return the item(s) you ordered within 14 days following the delivery of your order. For any item returns, please email: growapair@theovaries.com and we will send you the return label. Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge.
The fitting of any product is of course allowed. However, we expect the returned item(s) to be unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Other conditions that obstruct a refund: make-up marks, any spots or stains, products without original labels attached.
Once your returned item has arrived, we’ll need 6-8 business days to process it. We will transfer the refund back into the account which was used to place the order. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account.
All our T-shirts are produced environmentally friendly, child labor free and locally. We are a small initiative, with products that come from our heart and from a personal mission. We only produce our products with like-minded companies (e.g superette). This guarantees a positive impact with each sale, along with some instant karma points when you check out!
